• Covering letter addressed to The Visa Officer, British High Commission explaining the reason of travel with name,designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit, duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to –The Visa Officer, British High Commission, New Delhi
• Invitation Letter
• Travel Itinerary (ticket).
• Stay Itinerary (hotel)
• ITR for 3 yrs
• Bank statement for the last 6 months with Seal and Sign.

• Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
• Company Bank statement for the last 6 months with Seal and Sign.
• ITR for 3 yrs
• Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director)
• Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm
• Balance sheet of the Company.

• 6 months salary slip
• No Objection Certificate from Company.
